Mommybloggers : The Resource.

The ultimate resource for Mom Bloggers.  Sure, but...

Mom Bloggers are the ultimate resource.

So much is being made of mommybloggers, mombloggers, Mommybloggersresource160x160_2mommy bloggers, mom bloggers, moms who blog, blogging moms, etc. etc. that I wanted to write a little about the business of mommyblogging from my perspective.

In doing so, I compiled a list of some of my favorite posts about "mommyblogging" as a genre topic for my own research purposes.

My research resource is your research resource.

Schooltaunts_2

Want to know why they do it?
How they feel about it?
Who reads them?
Who pitches to them?
What they think of PR people?
What they can do for you?
What they want from you?

It's here.

Did I miss something fabulous that you've written on the subject?  Something you loved written by someone else on the topic?  Send it my way!

Is that cartoon natalie dee? She s my friend!!!! love her.

I still hate Kathie Lee. ;o)

CooL! Wow I feel "in" as I recognize most of the sites!

Oh nice, round-up! I don't know if this matters, but in life.alltop.com there are mama's blogging too (including this one). ;)

This is a wonderful list. Mrs. Fussypants sent me a message about it and I thought I would chime in.

I have just written a piece called "Five Commandments For Blogging" that might help newer bloggers.

http://www.momadvice.com/blog/2008/05/five-commandments-for-blogging.htm

Our site also has a work section devoted towards helping mommas find their niche in the work-at-home world.

I love your site!!

Thanks for the valuable info and resource. you have a wonderful blog.

Very cool and very informative. Thanks for providing the link to the Today show segment.

Hi Megan--Thank you so much for including my post in your list of resources!

Great job. I will definitely link back to it the next time I write about this issue. Which will probably be next week :-)

Another resource you should include is the tapes of some of the sessions at BlogHer Business last month. In particular, the morning keynote that talked about the generational aspects and the Improve this Pitch panel.

Brilliant! Thanks for putting this all together ... I'll definitely be back!

Holy cow girlfriend! Thanks for the info.

Great resource. I know I'll be linking to it sooner or later.

This is a wonderful resource. I just emailed a lengthy note to a young PR professional asking me questions about being approached, etc. Next time, I'll just send her here!

I hope you don't mind if I put this on my site - it is awesome! :)

And, I can't believe it took me this long to find you. I am enjoying every word . . .

THIS.TOTALLY.ROCKS. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting. Will bookmark and display a badge proudly.

I picked this awesome post as an editor's pick on kirtsy. Could you do us one small favor and change your old link to sk*rt to kirtsy? Thanks..

Is there some way we can receive honorable mention for being a grandma? I of course, was a mommy first, so I'm now going to write about being a mommy on my site grammology.. You got me thinking.....

Holy cow is this great. I am putting together a discussion group in real life as an intro to mommyblogging and I will just cut and paste this whole thing. Thanks SO MUCH. You have no idea how helpful this is on so many levels.

Where have you been all my life?!? I can't believe I JUST now found you! This is getting bookmarked and I'll be back. 'fo sho.

This is wonderful! I just put your "Mommy Bloggers - The Resource" badge up on our site at http://thismommygig.org - that was awesome of you to include the code for us to grab!

just grabbed it. Thanks for giving me like a years worth of material to catch up on!

Hi there - what a great list! I wrote a post that was initially a meme-type thing, but I think it's really helpful for mommy bloggers: http://dawnandjimmy.us/blog/2007/09/05/mommy-blogging-101/
and non mommybloggers alike. Not sure if you'd like to include it or not, but there it is :)
